About Guy
An investor who became an agent to help others build home and wealth
Guy Courtney Steib serves Cypress, Katy, Hockley, and Northwest Houston with Experience, Expertise & Empathy: a veteran, a husband, a father, a grandfather, and a licensed REALTOR who specializes in the moments that matter most.
The origin
From the service, to the deal, to your doorstep
Guy got into real estate the way a lot of serious owners do: as an investor. He bought, held, and sold property himself, learned the numbers the hard way, and discovered he wanted to do more than build his own portfolio.
So he became an agent, with one purpose: to help other people build a home, and build wealth the same way he did. Today he is a licensed REALTOR with LPT Realty LLC, and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and Certified Probate Expert (CPE) who is trusted with the hardest kind of sales: probate, inherited property, divorce, and foreclosure.
It matters who you work with in times of distress. That is why Guy's clients keep saying the same thing about him: he is direct, he is committed, and he treats your home like his own.
"I serve my clients with Experience, Expertise & Empathy."
